While Nintendo no longer sells DS consoles, the official My Nintendo Store sells items for the Nintendo DS, such as refurbrished chargers. The website also has manuals for the DS that provide useful information about the consoles!

Ebay is a great site for finding secondhand Nintendo DS consoles that people are willing to part with! There are also other similar sites with people selling their old consoles, such as Facebook Marketplace or Kijiji.
